Belichik coming to Seattle!!!?? Well, sort of.

Don’t get too excited.  Just a seminar

Jedd Fisch made a promise just 24 days into his tenure at Washington,

“I expect we’ll have two of the four members of the [coaching] Mount Rushmore [the UW coordinators’ fathers, Bill Belichick and Pete Carroll] walking around our building very often,” Fisch said on Feb. 7.

It barely took Fisch two months to fulfill his pledge. Washington announced former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick, the eight-time Super Bowl winner and father of UW defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, will be the keynote speaker at UW’s Be A Pro Coaching Clinic April 5-6. Seahawks president of football operations John Schneider has also been announced as a keynote speaker for the event.

The clinic, hosted at Husky Stadium for adults 18 years or older, costs $40 for a one-day ticket and $80 to attend both days. Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on April 3. Walk-up registration is based on availability.
